1. Appointments

Appointments must be booked in advance.

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule and may be subject to a fee.

2. Cancellations & No-Shows

24-Hour Policy: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the appointment are free of charge.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged up to 50% of the service fee.

No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment may result in being charged 100% of the service fee and future booking restrictions.

3. Services for Minors

Clients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.

A signed consent form is required for all minors.
